Technical Support
We have finished our transition from a retail computer store to a consulting and technology provider. Customers with an active support contract will have priority technical support available from Micro-Ram. Hourly appointments are available based on available time slots. Technical support is not available via telephone. To request an appointment please email us. Hourly rates are currently $100/hr in our office and $150/hr on-site.
Warranty Service
If you know you need warranty replacment of a part for your computer please use the information provided below. Micro-Ram should only be involved if you want us to attempt data recovery/backup services on your data at our standard hourly rate.
The warranty of hardware purchased through Micro-Ram is provided by the manufacturer. Support phone numbers and web pages for some of those manufacturers are provided below.

Micro-Ram Custom Intel PC: Micro-Ram warrants these products for a period of 1 year. We have discontinued these products as of March 2007. Please have your sales receipt number, original product discs and product serial numbers when arranging for warranty repair.
We do not provide data backup and recovery under warranty. We may at our option choose to erase the hard drive to re-install the operating system. Especially if a clear determination of failed hardware vs a software problem cannot be determined.
